Refund Policy

Payment Policy

  1. Full payment must be made at the time of course enrollment through our secure online portal.
  2. All course fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  3. Payment confirmation will be sent via email upon successful transaction.


Refund Policy:

  1. A full refund request is eligible within 15 working days from the date of payment.
  2. Refunds will only be processed if:
  3. The student has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  4. No course completion certificate has been issued.
  5. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@gmstedu.com with payment details and a valid reason.
  6. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Cases

  1. Refund requests made after 15 working days of payment.
  2. Course bundles or promotional offers.
  3. Courses accessed or completed beyond 20%.
